You need not give any extra efforts to get admission into any private medical college , NEET will do it all . You need to fill the application form for NEET i.e. National eligibility entrance test . This test filters candidates for not only government medical colleges in India but also private medical colleges . The only difference lies in the fee structure and cut off marks . If in case you don't secure sufficient marks to set in a government colleges you can place yourself to private medical college .

After NEET examination the cut off marks or percentage is released by NTA . This marks or cutofd gets displayed based on all India rank . Here is the minimum qualifying % according to caste
Unreserved -.   50%
Physically handicap (ur) - 45%
SC - 40%
ST - 40%
OBC - 40%
SC/ST/ PH - 40%

Private medical colleges have a fee structure of 6.8 lakh , with cut off ranging from 150 - 400+ marks in NEET . Depending on marks and rank in NEET , students are selected in private medical colleges .
