Distractions are everywhere , it's up to you to maintain the balance in your schedule. You can make up time table for your efficient learning. Don't try to donate all the time studying , include playing or any extra activity that you enjoy. This way your brain would be more functional.

To avoid distractions during the preparation of JEE mains you must follow a strict routine of  14 to 15 hours daily study. Do meditation it will help you a lot. Believe in yourself not in others word work hard you will achieve success. Stay motivated stay focused towards your goal.
