Hi Nikhil,

Mobile phone is one of the most useful gadgets in this modern scenario, but its overusage can obviously cause addiction. This addiction is very harmful for the fruitful being of our life.

So as per my view rather than avoiding the usage of phone control it.

You can follow the given procedures for doing the same:

*Don't always keep phone in your hands.

*Fix a time when you will use WhatsApp and other social media for communicating with friends qnd family. Stick to that timing.

*Don't take your phone when you go to your neighbour's home or nearby shop.Such short intervals can real help you to avoid addiction and enjoy your surroundings.

*If you take phone for a particular purpose make sure that you complete it and keep back the phone within 15 mins. You can further reduce this time gradually.

Hope this helps.
