I think you mean a medical professional. ISRO recruits doctors at entry level and they do get promotions after a residency period. They are recruited under a scheme CHSS (Contributory Health Service Scheme) which was implemented on the lines of CGHS(Central Health Health Scheme).

If you mean doctors (PhD), yes, they are also recruited under various specialities.

•Candidates are supposed to apply for the post online through ISRO official website.

•Once the application is completed then it should be send with attested photocopies of relevant certificates to The Administrative Officer, Recruitment Section ,Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR Center, Sriharikota 524124,Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District , Andhra Pradesh.

•For the post of Medical officer SC and SD, candidates should have MBBS degree with teo year experience and MBBS with MD or diploma registered with the Medical Council of India.

•Pharmacist , Lab technician and Nurse are the other job prospects in ISRO .
