Hello farheen

To open a school in india,

In india no private organisations can operate schools but a society which are created According to the society act of 1860.

To affiliate a school you will need proper NOC and you have to pass all the criteria for example

  1. Land certificates
  2. Hygiene certificates
  3. Water certificates.
  4. The teachers you are hiring are they proper teacher or not.

You have to get the certificate from directorate of education.

After you get the certificate you can open up your school and for principal you should have 5 years of teaching experience with a master's degree.

I hope it helps.
