Firstly you have to complete your bachelor's in business administration. On addition, you can refer IIBA's Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Book to better understand the working tasks and techniques of a business analyst.

Secondly join some volunteering programs or internships to gain some experience and seek more knowledge in business analysis. Try to work with the project that business analyst undertake. Once you got hired as entry-level business analyst, gain more experience by working on different kinds of projects.

You can also apply for a Master's or can do any additional certificate courses in business analytics, project management, and many more.

For becoming a business analyst you must-have skills like good communication skills, business knowledge, and critical thinking, and you should also have some technical skills like wireframing, data crunching, etc. So if you don't have these skills, just work on your skills.
