Hey mudit,
There is no direct of becoming a DSP officer however let me tell you the procedure. To be an DSP officer first you need to give the state police service exam which is conducted by respective state public service commissions. These exams are taken at state level.once you have cleared the state PSC exam ,then the position of  DSP will be offered to you.
Good luck!

There is no direct way of becoming a DSP. You need to take the state police service exam. These are taken at state level by respective State public service commissions. The candidates who clear the State PSC exam are made DSP.

Minimum academic qualification required to appear for the Civil Services examination is bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year candidates can also apply for the exam. You, cannot become DSP after 10+2. You must complete graduation to become eligible for this exam.
