Hello,

To calculate the Common Rank List (CRL) rank in JEE based on your percentile , follow these steps:

  • Get Total Candidates : Find the total number of candidates who appeared for JEE Session 1.
  • Use Rank Formula : CRL Rank = [(100 - Percentile) x Total Candidates]/100.
  • Round Off : Round the calculated rank to the nearest whole number.
  • Check Tie-Breaking Rules : If multiple students have the same percentile, JEE applies tie-breaking criteria based on subject scores.
  • Verify with Official Data : Always check the official JEE website for accuracy.

Hope you find it useful !

To calculate your Common Rank List (CRL) in JEE Mains from your percentile, use the formula:

CRL Rank = [(100 - Your Percentile) / 100] × Total Candidates Appeared

For example, if your percentile is 85 and 10 lakh candidates appeared:
CRL Rank = [(100 - 85) / 100] × 10,00,000
= 1,50,000

This gives an approximate rank. The actual CRL rank may vary slightly due to tie-breaking rules and official normalization. For precise results, check the official JEE rank list when released.

Hello,

To calculate the Common Rank List (CRL) in JEE Session 1 based on your percentile, you need to estimate your approximate rank using the formula:

Estimated Rank= (100-Your Percentile)*Total candidates appeared/100

For example, if 10 lakh candidates appeared and your percentile is 95, your estimated rank would be:

(100 - 95)*10,00,000/100=50,000

This gives a rough estimate, but actual CRL depends on factors like tie-breaking rules and normalization. The final rank is published by NTA with official results.
