Hi Mohd Shahzeb,
The question raised by you is indeed a genuine one and has been in the minds of many students given the fact that The National Testing Agency has announced the normalization of JEE Mains. Although NTA has issued the news on normalization, they haven't declared any news on the relation between Marks Vs Percentile calculation. Thus, to clear your doubt please refer to the below-mentioned article:

BEST WISHES!
Hello..!!
Percentile suggests how much people you have left behind. So, you have got 81.102 percentile which suggests that you have left behind 81.102% students.
Your rank would be almost 200000-220000.
This year the cut off for general category was 89.7548849
Do try your luck.
Thanks.

Hello Mohd shahzeb!
I'm sorry to say that there does not exist any direct relation between percentage and percentile. Percentile gives you an idea about your rank whereas percentage tells you about your marks. The relation may vary according to the difficulty level of the paper.
