There are 59 percentile students who scored less then me

In every examination percentile is calculated as (your rank * 100)/number of candidates appeared. Your percentile is actually where you stand among all the candidates. If you score a 60 percentile it means 40% students are better than you. It is same for every competitive examination.

So if I got 46 composite score in ugat aima then what will be my percentile

For this score your percentile can lie somewhere between 40-50. But it again depends on how others perform
