To change your caste certificate BC b to B Ce apply first in the online format. To fill up of the form you need the following documents:-

School leaving certificate / transfer certificate

Copy of ration card

Caste certificate /School certificates of parents

Duely filled up application form,

To be submitted respective department to get your BC b to BCe changing certificate by producing the required supporting document on behalf of your changing of caste certificate.
