You didn't mention the exam about which you are asking. I guess your question is in reference with neet examination

Nta allows you to correct the mistakes made by you in filling neet application form so if you have selected English as the medium of your neet examination question paper then you can  change it  to Tamil using the neet correction window.

Correction window of Neet 2020 will get open on 15th January and you will be able to make corrections till 31st January 2020.
So, make sure that you make correction between these dates. Thus, you should not worry at all as you will be able to change the language using correction window.
