Dear candidate, you need to fill a form which is available on CBSE official website or respective board’s website. You need to fill that form carefully and submit some documents like your 10th certificate/birth certificate/School leaving certificate. They can ask for any of them or more. A definite amount of fees is fixed for every edit in the certificate which needs to be paid while submitting the form.
