Hello vishnu,

To change obc-cl to obc-ncl in obc certificate the first and important  criteria is family income i.e. to be in obc-ncl category your family income must be less than 8 lakhs per annum and income from farming/agriculture is not included in this.

So, if you follow this criteria then make your new updated income certificate and make your obc certificate from the competent authority
