I have obc-cl cota I have no obc -ncl. Can I give obc cota in applications form?

First of all, please tell which particular exam you are talking about?

And generally, there would be no benefit if you belong to OBC-CL as the reservation in seats and in cut off is there for OBC-NCL, ST, SC and if you are from OBC-CL then you would be treated as a general student only.
