Hello Harish,

University of Petroleum and Engineering Studies will conduct the UPESEAT for admissions to various engineering courses offered by it from April 29 to May 5, 2019. The application form can be filled in both online and offline modes and will be available till May 8, 2019.

As for your question, once the preferences have been filled and form submitted, they can't be edited so sorry but you can't chnge program preferences.
