Candidates can check their results on the official website by logging in to the admission portal after entering the required details. The result will mention all the details of the candidate including the ranks obtained so it can double up as a rank card

As you have not mentioned the name of examination so it is not possible to guide you properly about it's result.

Normally the result is displayed on your marksheet or rank card.

Your final result will be displayed along with your respective score in different subjects and according to that your rank or percentage will be calculated.
