• The second phase of NEET 2021 application dates are from October 1 to 10.
• Candidates who have successfully registered for NEET 2021 and paid the exam fee are eligible to fill the phase 2 online NEET application form 2021.
• They do not have to pay any fee in order to fill the application form of NEET – Phase 2.
• Candidates who fail to fill up the second phase NEET online application form 2021 will forfeit their candidature.

Now regarding your question as soon as you fill up your application form a window will pop up showing all the details that you filled in the form for final correction before submission. Here you can check all the details that you filled is correct or not. Go through your application with ease and cross check at each line in order to avoid mistakes. Now coming to the point where you casually made a mistake and have also submitted your form then you can edit your application form till last date. Now even if last date is over NTA will surely open up a correction window like it does always which is your last chance to edit your form.
