First let me tell you one thing that, not all students going to Kota will get an IIT or NIT , and also not all students who prepare by their own, left behind. Sometimes thay also give top ranks.

Now the point of convincing is totally depends on you. But now coming to the point that, if you are going to kota after 10th class, then it is right. By this you will complete both your 12th class and JEE Exams preparation side by side.

But going after 12th to kota, is not so good. Majorly students who wants to improve their ranks after 12th in JEE Exams join 13th/dropper batch in kota.

Now the main point is that, wherever you are, the result that will came totally depends on your hard work. Teachers also play a very important role, but the major work had to be done by the student itself. So do hard work with full determination, and surely you will get a good rank in both the exams.
