As if you filled your category as obc during JEE exam form fillup then during 1st round the college will be alloted based on obc category. Let if you get a seat then you have to produce a proof in the document verification round. Now, if you are not able to show them the obc certificate then your seat will be cancelled and your category is updated to General category and you'll be moved to next round with General category.
