See NEET 2021 Phase 2 registration is one-time facility provided to the candidates so that they can make necessary corrections in NEET 2021 phase 1 application form and fill some other details required in the NEET Application form but there is no any correction facility for correction in details of NEET 2nd phase registration form. So if you have made any major mistake then you should reach out to NTA as soon as possible as today is the last day to fill up the NEET 2nd phase registration form.
