Its  not possible now to make this correction because National Testing Agency has opened the JEE Main form Correction facility for all the successfully registered candidates of both January and April sessions from March 11 – 15, 2019. It is a one-time facility for making corrections in any field of the application form except the preferred exam centre and also NTA  does not  consider any request made for corrections after March 15, 2019 . Even Candidates may have to remit an additional application fee (if applicable) while making JEE Main 2019 application form correction.

Generally, The photograph or any other detail in the admit card can not be Edit / changed. Please explain which exam admit card you are asking.
