For vocabulary I will suggest extensive reading. you can also refer to Word Power Made Easy by Normal Lewis and subscribe to sites like 


For Grammar : Strengthen your basic grammar knowledge from Wren and Martin or any books you find comfortable.For RC : Read more. And solve questions as much as you can from materials.Lastly for other questions like cloze test, jumble passages, you can practice from coaching materials and previous year questions.
