One year time period is enough for cracking these exams , you just need to follow one proper roadmap . Break the 12 month into 4 halfs of three months each.
For physcis , follow the SL aora and hc verma , and try to focus on easy topics like kinematics , optics , molecular gravitation
For chemistry , follow the pradeep book and exam idea cover chapters like solid states ,organic chemistry ,inorganic chemistry ,thermodyanmics
For maths , only cover calculus throoughly that would be sufficient
