hello shiva......

yes it is little bit difficult task to crack jee mains in just three months

first make a plan so that you can get little analysis about the syllabus now according to that start preparing for your exam by managing your time

divide your day into three equal parts so that you can cover all the three subjects equally and complete your given timetable by evening and revise that day topics on the same day and try to solve mock tests and mcqs minimum200-300 daily

i hope this information is helpful

all the best.

Hello,

Important Chapters/Topics which carry maximum weightage

Kinematics:Very simple questions are asked from this in JEE Mains (NCERT Based). For JEE Advanced important topics are Projectile motion and Relative motion. Problems on Relative Motion given in H. C. Verma would be more than sufficient.

Newtons laws of motion and Work, Power & Energy:Key to solving problems on these chapters is knowing how to draw a free body diagram (FBD). There is 90% chance that if a question from this chapter arises in JEE Advanced, then it will be definitely related to the drawing of Free Body Diagram.

Simple Harmonic Motion (SHM) & Oscillations:Most important type of questions that are asked in JEE from SHM is finding time period. The only way to tackle these problems is by using energy conservation method.

Heat & Thermodynamics:Calorimetry, Heat conduction in one dimension, Isothermal and adiabatic processes only, First law of Thermodynamics and its applications (only for ideal gases) are the major topics.

Electrostatics & Current Electricity:Coulombs law and Gausss law govern the entire electrostatics. A good practice of the application of Kirchhoffs law will enable you to solve many problems on current and electricity easily.

Modern Physics & Radioactive Decay:Read this topic thoroughly from H. C. Verma and NCERT. Mostly data based questions are asked from this chapter. Nuclei and atoms are very important from JEE Mains perspective.

How to crack JEE in 3 months: Some Basic Tips

Numerical problems in JEE Mains may involve some very lengthy calculations, so be prepared for it and develop your speed accordingly.

Mug up the Frequency range for each kind of Electromagnetic Wave. Theoretical chapters such as Communication System and Semiconductors are of utmost importance for JEE Mains. There will be at least one question from each of these chapters in JEE Mains which if studied properly is scoring.

Having a good command on Electricity & Magnetism will definitely give you an edge over others because it has a huge weightage in the JEE Advanced paper.

Electromagnetic induction and Alternating Current are one of the easiest chapters and simultaneously important too, it is a bad decision to leave the questions from this section which many students do

Most Important Chapters/Topics carrying maximum weightage

Chemical Bonding:A basic chapter whose concepts are used in entire organic chemistry. Direct questions are always asked from Dipole moment and VSEPR theory.

Chemical kinetics & Equilibrium:Special attention must be given to 1st order reactions, Le Chateliers principle (effect of concentration, temperature, and pressure).

Named Reactions in Organic Chemistry:A large portion of organic chemistry consists of named reactions and you are expected to know these reactions along with the complete mechanisms stepwise.

Electrophilic aromatic substitution reaction of Benzene and its derivatives:Utmost important topic, questions from these are definitely asked.

Coordination compounds:Stereoisomerism, Geometry and shapes of Tetrahedral and Octahedral complexes, Crystal field theory.

Metallurgy:Mainly standard questions are asked from NCERT. Carbon reduction method, Self-reduction method, Cyanide process are important topics. Direct questions are asked and so you need to be thorough with the metals.

How to crack JEE in 3 months: Some Basic Tips

Dont try to simply mug up the reactions of organic chemistry, this is not a decent practice. Try to understand the complete mechanism behind it and once you know it, learning comes naturally.

You need to note down important formulae & reactions separately. Revising these on a daily basis will enable you to review everything from memory.

Questions of organic chemistry should be attempted at the end after completing the questions of Physical and Inorganic part, as they are less time consuming.

For numerical questions, you must revise shortcut formulas which would enable you to arrive at the answer quickly and hence, save time.

Important Topics

Conic sections:Key to solving a problem from this chapter is knowing the formulas very well. Most of the problems of conics can be solved easily by applying the parametric form.

Calculus:At least 8 questions in JEE Mains (4 from each Differential and Integral Calculus) is asked and this topic has 30 to 35% weightage in JEE Advanced.

Vectors & 3D:Constitutes 20 to 25% weightage in JEE Advanced, knowing how to visualize the situation would be helpful in solving the questions.

Permutations & Combinations and Probability:These are those chapters in which you have to use your brain firstly and then apply mathematics. Most of the times Paragraph type question is asked from probability.

How to crack JEE in 3 months: Some Basic Tips

In case of single choice questions, you can easily go with an objective approach, i.e. you can either substitute those values given in four options or eliminate the options.

In case of Coordinate Geometry, you can make a rough graph and plot the points or try to plot the points given in the options so as to satisfy the equation.

Generally many multiple correct options are linked to each other, hence if you somehow find the correct answer of any one option, the others can be quickly solved.

In case of Indefinite Integration, you can easily differentiate the given four functions, in order to find the correct answer. This will help to save time.

Hope it helps

Dear aspirant,

I can suggest you the best books.

H.c.verma for theroy part of physics and cengage for objective part of physics.

R.d.sharma for theroy part of mathematics and cengage for objective part of mathematics.

NCERT books are the best for the theroy part of chemistry. Himanshu pandey for orgaric chemistry objective part and o.p tandon for the remaining objective part of chemistry.

If you can read this books perfectly then you can have the ability to crack the jee mains as well as jee advanced exams. If you read all this books then definitely you can crack jee mains. Hope it helps you.

Thank you.
