First thing is that don't be confused with syllabus stuff, every university's have the same syllabus designed for the undergraduate course's by AIU council, only the arrangement of topic for each semester is a bit different, so there's no point of cultivating fear of seeing an unknown answers or topics which you didn't came accross in undergraduate courses, so go through the botany syllabus of each of your semesters and you can definitely crack the http://m.sc entrance exam, botany is a very vast course so go through each topics carefully, don't try to by heart ( raata maat maro) it will only lend you in serious confusion.
