Gate is one of the tough exams and you have less than a month left if you are giving 2020 gate which is scheduled to be conducted in the month of February and it's not easy to crack gate with only 3 weeks of preparation. But if you are in 3rd year then i would suggest you to see the syllabus for the gate and accordingly buy good books and prepare the topics.
