The truth is that referring the right books only will aid you in securing high. Don’t run behind multiple study material to prepare for JEE.Students should choose books that cover entire JEE Syllabus and are as per JEE Pattern. Suggesting the books for preparation of Mathematics. Complete Mathematics by McGraw Hill Education Pvt Ltd., Coordinate Geometry by S.L. Loney and 103 Trigonometry Problems by Titu Andreescu & Zuming Feng are some of the good books that JEE aspirants can refer.

Strengthen Important & Key Concepts:

Students appearing for JEE should know that not all topics carry equal weightage of marks. Some topics carry more marks, while others don’t. Devoting much of your time on such important topics is recommended. You just need to identify such topics and practice them more.

More important topics subject wise are as follows:

Physics: Newton’s Laws of Motion, Work Energy Power, Conservation Laws, Rotation Motion, Electrostatics, EMI, Heat and Thermodynamics, Nuclear Physics and Radio Activity, Semiconductor

Relevant study material:
You should know the entire syllabus that will be covered in the exam;  so that you can collect study material for preparation. Reference to   good guide books and previous years question papers for JEE will go a long way into your preparations.
Proper utilization of time:
You must follow a strict timetable to utilize your time in the best  way. Solve more and more problems, discover more and more new tricks.  You should make notes for the topics in which you are weak. This will  help you to perform well in exam.

Learn all the shortcuts- Be it for remembering formulas or memorizing charts, use shortcuts to save your time.

Group study: Working with a competitive study group goes a very long way in the successful preparation of JEE.  Group discussion with teachers and fellow students will recreate a  cooperative environment to multiply your knowledge exponentially. 
Revise thoroughly:
You should revise the syllabus as many times as you can. Doing so will help you in the following ways:
