Hello Ansari, 

After the completion of Diploma in pharmacy ( D. Pharm)  for sure you can get in B. Pharm ( Bachelor of pharmacy) through lateral entry. 

Some of the Universities / College's intake through entrance exam and some through the merit based. Like :  The admission in University institute of pharmaceutical sciences , Chandigarh ( Punjab university  ) through Entrance test PUCET. 

AND the admission in DIPSRU through merit based.
