the MGR university website is where you must have applied your eligibility certificate. so now you must have a hard copy or soft copy to have the certificate validated.

while registering, you might have given phone number or any mail id. so, you will get the download link through any of these. or else, you can go to mgr university website, and you will find the tab to go to download page to get all certificates. eligibility certificate will be in one column. now download it with valid credentials and there you have it.
