The commencement of the second phase for seat allotment is done today as on 27 th june so you can modify,delete or edit your higher option that are selected in phase 1 in KEAM COUNSELLING 

SO, the higher option registered in phase 1 can be edited after commencement of phase 2 on 2 th june.
