Name of the course for which you have field of application form and have mistake in date of birth and name.Every entrance tests has an option for correction of the data have placed by the student in correction window. Every student who want to make correction or edit the information early state in the application form, will have to appear in the correction window  personally and with a request can make corrections as they required.
