If you want to enter Indian railways after completing MBBS, you will have to appear for combined Medical Services (CMSE)  examination conducted by UPSC. MBBS graduated will be recruited as gruop A ,( class I) staff. Being in class I staff you will have good salary.with bound promotions, allowances . Railway doctors get all facilities like bunglow , free passes , clubs.
