After the second round seat allotment is released you can quit the counselling by logging in the KEA candidate login portal and select the choice 4. The candidates who are not satisfied with KEA seat allotment can quit such candidates will not to be considered for allotment of seats in any of the subsequent rounds. After logging in the candidate portal when the second seat allotment is released.
