You have to change some of your daily habits in order to feel energetic.

I'm giving you some tips to follow:-

  • Eat often to beat tiredness
  • Get moving
  • Lose weight to gain energy 
  • Sleep well
  • Reduce stress to boost energy 
  • Talking therapy beats fatigue 
  • Cut out caffeine
  • Limit use of smartphone
  • Try playing some outdoor games.
