1. Check eligibility criteria as per prospectus.

2. Candidate should have a personal email id and mobile number.

3. Scanned copy of passport size color photograph (size less than 100 kb in jpg/jpeg format)

4. Scanned copy of signature (size less than 100 kb in jpg/jpeg format).

5. Debit/Credit card/Net banking for making payment.

6. Candidate should carry his/her NEET application details.
