This year AIIMS has merged with NEET. So now you will have to fill NEET form. Before filling the NEET 2020 form keep this things ready

1. A valid Mobile Number

1. A valid Email Address

3m Class 10 details and Class 12 details (Marksheet, certificate, school details etc)

4. Correct spelling of Father and Mother's name

5. Aadhaar number (last 4 digits only)

6. Class 12 Roll number issued by the Board/Election Card (EPIC No.), Passport Number, ration card number, bank account or any other valid Govt. identity number

7. Scanned images of passport-sized photograph, and signature and other documents (if applicable). Details are given in the table below

8. Credit/Debit card or Net Banking details (for online payment)
