The choices of the colleges would be filled according to the marks and rank obtained in NEET 2019. You have to fill the choices based on the marks such that the govt. colleges (if your marks are good) are filled first and then you can go for the private colleges. The sequence of the colleges appearing in the list would be such that the choices should match your marks obtained. I would suggest you that you better go through the cutoff marks for the rajasthan state quota for the NEET 2018 which you can refer in the link given below.
