Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University will be starting online counselling from July 1, 2019. Candidates who qualify the entrance exam get an offer of attending the counselling session. A list is prepared based on merit, according to which the candidates are called for counselling.

For choice filling a candidate first have to register for GGS IPU counselling. Candidates have to mark the preference among the Affiliated Colleges of IP University which can be done by making combinations of streams & colleges. After marking the choices, seat allocation is carried by the university.
