To fill out the application form you first need to complete the registration process which will be done on the JAM Online Application Processing System. After you complete the registration process you will be redirected to the application form through the login page. enter your enrollment ID/email ID and password. 

After the window for application form opens you can first start by filling in your personal details. When mentioned about the examination you can select from the drop-down box the course of your choice.

There is no separate procedure, the application process is common for all the exams and subjects
