Hello,

If you're having Distractions while studying then I would suggest you to take some steps, those I'm mentioning below as they might help you to get rid of your problem -

1. Nowadays Social Media is one of the most common distraction, I would recommend you to delete or temporarily disable your social media accounts, or you can also delete their application from your device.

2. Always put your phone on silent or DND while studying.

3. Daily in the morning, you should make a to-do-list in which you should write all your goals those you're willing to complete that day and follow that strictly.

4. Have a healthy and proper diet, so that you won't become sleepy or lazy while doing your work.

5. Keep distance from people you think those are distracting you from your desired goal, and make a good friendship with those who can always encourage you to achieve them.

Hope this helps, all the best.
