• Assess your weak points from the previous exam and try to improve those areas with regular practice and by taking chapterwise or topic wise tests
• Most importantly, don't forget your strong areas because this will help you to get great scores in your exam. Focus on the weak areas but don't let your stronger areas become your weakness
• Regular practice of mock test and previous year questions are very much vital
• Spend your time wisely because you will be having your boards exam too,so prepare yourself accordingly to ace both the exams
• Stay away from distractions

And prepare yourself in weak points also. Because if you can't cover full the questions then you get the 90% marks in JEE Mains examination. So you have some time prepare hard.
