Can you please tell us whether you chose AF option while filling the form and then you did not get it or you did not opt it? 

If you have opted it and not got it,the possible reason is that you aren't selected for that.

But it you have not selected that in the optoop then we can't help you,it would be better if you confront them yourself via a call or email.
