most of the jobs for a yacht is done through agents or by applying for a post at the time of recruitment placed by the yacht. You will have to wait for such applications to appear and than contact them.

Or through agents, though you will have to pay them some cash you can get a job certainly.

Basic requirements is your medical certificate claiming you are a very fit and healthy person.

It also depends on what job you are opting for so the requirements may vary from job to job. So build up your resume depending on the job you want to apply for.
