No chance to get admission if not registered

No i filled that form but it is not confirmed for cap round eligibility

Dear Prashant
You have 2options:

Contact to the MHTCET officials as soon as possible and you can get the phone number in their website
If you don't have any option, you need to get into private universities, that's it. By paying Donation.
