As you have not mentioned any particular college so it is little bit difficult to guide you properly.

Generally in Delhi if you go for Delhi University you have to score good enough marks in 10+2 from any recognized board/university or you have to appear for entrance test.

Similarly for IIT Delhi you have to qualify JEE-Main as well as JEE-Advance examination with good marks. Likewise different colleges have different criterias for admission to their college.

You haven't mentioned the college in DU about which you are talking .
I guess you are asking in regard to Colleges of DU

Admission process in DU for ba , bcom, bsc etc is quite simple

• First of all you need to apply online for the course you want to pursue
• Admission is on the basis of marks obtained by you in your 12th examination
• Then cut off for different courses for its different colleges is released by DU
• If you are able to clear the cut off with your 12th marks then then you will be able to get admission

If I tell you about the release of application form then it will be  tentatively released  in the first week of April on its official website i.e du.ac.in.
