Hey

The JEE result is not accepted by foreign universities, as this is the exam to get admission in government colleges of India.

But there is one university National University of Singapore(NUS) which accepts JEE Main score to get admission. Also, apart from academic merit, NUS required SAT test, which might get some brownie points for your outstanding achievements.
