To get admission in IIMs first of all student must complete it's graduation.... After completing graduation there is a exam named as CAT through which you get admission in any IIMs after qualifying it

You have given JEE Main so kindly mention your qualification and to apply in IIM you want to apply for BBA OR MBA in IIM's?

I don't have much idea about IIM , But I want to join IIM as I am not getting any NIT. How could I get to know more about it.. And how to get admission in IIM

First you will have to do graduation in any field from recognized institiution and then later you can apply for CAT exams through which you get admission in IIMs.
Aim scoring merit percentage in 12th class, graduation to get good score in past academic records section.
