Dear Durga, if you are talking about B.Sc Anaesthesia, you haven't mentioned the state where you want to study this course from. However the general eligibility for this course is 10+2 with Science (PCB) & English with a minimum agrregate of 45%. This is a 3 year full time course. Few Universities have admissions based on entrance examination while few have merit based admissions.

B.Sc. in Anaesthesia Technology is a 3-year full-time undergraduate degree course. The eligibility for this course is the 12th or equivalent examination in the Science stream with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

For taking admission in it, you have to appear in screening tests.
