You can join embassy through any of the following route:

1. Get a degree in any field preferably politics or IR and then clear civil services exam to become IFS.

2. Get a degree in any field and then clear SSC exam with very good rank to get job in external affairs ministry where you can get a chance for embassy work if you are lucky.

3. Become master in international relations and related field. Very fine analysis of different issues with time will help you to get a job in embassy.

4. Language translator, there is great demand for these kind of professionals. according to your interest choose two or three language and then master them to get a job in any embassy here or in a foreign country.
